Indian Idam Krahi Method


Edam is one of the most famous delicacies on the table, and can be prepared from one country to another. It can be made with red meat, chicken, fish, various vegetables and grains, and do not forget the different spices that are added to it. In this article we will show you how to prepare Indian Idam Krahi, Indian Chicken Idam, and Indian Potato Idam.

Indian Idam Krahi


  • Three chicken breasts cut into large cubes.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Three years of chopped garlic.
  • Chopped piece of ginger.
  • Two pieces of tomatoes.
  • Half a packet of tomato sauce.
  • Half a teaspoon of curry.
  • Half teaspoon of spice problem.
  • Two teaspoons of krahi bharat.
  • Mint, coriander and saffron powder – according to taste.
  • A packet of cream.
  • Two teaspoons of cream cheese.
  • A little oil for waving.

How to prepare:

  • Pour a little oil in a pan on the fire, then add onion, ginger, garlic, and plug the ingredients until they change color.
  • Add the chicken pieces, then stir until the water dries them.
  • Add tomatoes, spices, tomato sauce, and mix until the tomato is wilted.
  • Add coriander, mint, cream, cream cheese, and stir well.
  • Place saffron powder in a cup of water to remove it, then add it to the pestle.
  • We offer Indian Idam caviar with bread, or white rice.

Indian chicken edam


  • With chopped onions.
  • Pepper cut.
  • Sinan mashed of garlic.
  • Eight hundred grams of chicken clip into small squares.
  • Six teaspoons tomato sauce.
  • Oil and water – as needed.
  • A packet of yoghurt.
  • Two teaspoons of hot pepper.
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika, turmeric, and curry.
  • Two cubes of chicken broth.
  • Four grains of tomatoes are pitted.
  • Ginger – as needed.

How to prepare:

  • Pour a little oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then increase the onion and garlic, stirring until it is wet.
  • We increase the pepper, cut the chicken, and stir it constantly until it ripens.
  • Garnish with salt, paprika, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, and curry.
  • Add yogurt, tomato, and tomato sauce gradually with stirring at each addition.
  • Add water, cubes of chicken broth and ginger, and mix on low heat until cooked.

Edam Indian Potato


  • Kg of meat clip.
  • Three pieces of potatoes.
  • Three teaspoons of tomato sauce.
  • One teaspoonful of ginger.
  • Salt – according to taste -.
  • Six teaspoons of nutmeg.
  • Two teaspoons of black pepper.
  • A piece of chopped pepper.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Two tomatoes are chopped.
  • Sinan mashed of garlic.
  • Five teaspoons of oil.
  • Cupan and quarter of water.
  • Half a tablespoon of paprika.
  • Two teaspoons of turmeric.

Method of preparation:

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan on the fire, then increase the onions and garlic and stir until they are wet.
  • Add the meat, salt, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, black pepper, turmeric and paprika, then increase the water, and let the mixture simmer on low heat until cooked.
  • Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes and stir gently.
  • Let the mixture simmer on low heat until cooked well, and pour the potatoes in the serving dishes.
