Ingredients

  • Chicken cut to taste.
  • Two cups of tomato sauce or tomato paste.
  • Two cubes of chicken broth.
  • Four finely chopped onions.
  • Two finely chopped tomatoes.
  • A piece of potato cut into cubes.
  • Six cups of white rice.
  • A tablespoon of laurel, cinnamon, lumi, mastic and cloves.
  • Two cups of liquid milk.
  • Salt food according to desire.
  • A large spoon of the special biryani spices.
  • Corn oil for frying.

For decoration

  • Almonds peeled and pine.
  • Minced meat.

How to prepare

  • Soak the white rice in a bowl and set aside.
  • Chop onions and garlic into small pieces.
  • Bring a clean and suitable size cooker, put corn oil in the bottom and add garlic and onion to it and stir them until they are wet.
  • Add chili and the rest of the spices mentioned above and leave them for a while until they mix together.
  • Place the chicken pieces in the pan and stir them with the previous ingredients well.
  • Add the milk with continuous flipping.
  • Bring the remaining spices, salt and biryani spices and add them to the pan and stir.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and add them to the chicken-pan with various spices.
  • Cover the pan and leave it until the boil and cut the fire underneath.
  • Filter the rice after boiling and wash well.
  • Bring a second cooker and pour a suitable amount of water into it.
  • After boiling water add salt to it and poured rice in the pot to be boiled.
  • After the rice is cooked add it to the chicken and mix all ingredients together.
  • Cover the pan and leave on low heat until cooked by the chicken broth and a little water added to the burger.
  • Preparation of the sauce consisting of two tomatoes, a few leaves of parsley, a little lemon juice and a pinch of hot green pepper and salt as desired.
  • The chicken pan is prepared, it is poured in dishes where the rice is placed in a saucepan, decorated with chicken pieces, sprinkled with pine and almonds and served hot.
